Eden in Cyprus
A place between forest, water, and history.

THE LOCATION OF OUR LAND
A mountain village south of Nicosia,
nestled between olive trees, pine forests, woodland, and natural springs,
just 25 kilometers from the capital,
50 minutes to the beaches and harbors of Larnaca, Kiti, and Zygi,
one hour to Limassol and Kyrenia – gateways to ferry connections.
And at the same time, well connected:
45 minutes to Larnaca Airport (LCA),
approximately 1.5 hours to Paphos and Ercan.
Remote – yet connected.
NATURE & ATMOSPHERE
Forest.
Meadows.
A natural water stream with a waterfall.
This is not a rendering.
This is real land.
STORY & HISTORY
This land was once a place for people
who had lost their homes.
Displaced.
People who had to begin again.
It is almost ironic – or perhaps not a coincidence –
that this is exactly where a project is now emerging
that seeks to give people a home again.
From a place of displacement
to a place of return.
And that is why Eden begins here.
Not somewhere.
Here.
