Artificial Intelligence.

Good landscape design arises where architects act

like mothers and fathers at the same time — with a protective instinct, sensitivity, respect and admiration for life.

Eden gives freedom not to cultivate land aggressively, but to shape it — from meaningful to expressionistic.

Nature & Environment.

Core Idea

Eden grows in harmony with its surroundings.

Nature is not decoration — it is a co-creator.

Some areas are raw, overworked or have been left to themselves for a long time.

That is exactly where our work begins.

Nature & Environment.

Living Eden seeks people who do not simply “design” nature, but understand it.

People with knowledge of natural cycles, of plants that strengthen, protect or support each other in growth.

Knowledge that does not come only from books, but from experience:

Which herbs grow well next to which vegetables.

Which plants repel insects — and which intentionally attract them in order to maintain balance.

We are interested in approaches beyond spraying, chemicals or quick solutions.

Knowledge about natural insect regulation, mixed cultivation, soil life and the subtle interplay of plants is explicitly welcome at Living Eden.

Equally welcome are people who often thought:

“This place could become so much more.”

And whose ideas may have been heard but never implemented —

because it was easier to lay asphalt or follow the familiar path.

Living Eden wants to give space to those thoughts.

To take observations seriously.

And to create new landscapes together that sustain themselves.

Not everything grows according to plan.

But many things grow better when you listen.

Food & Cultivation.

Living Eden does not see food as a commodity, but as a relationship.

We are looking for people who work with the earth because they understand it —

not because they must maximize yield.

We are interested in cultivation methods where taste, vitality and quality come first.

Where food does not simply “grow,” but develops.

Quality instead of quantity.

Care instead of exploitation.

Work with love — not with pressure.

We value farmers and growers who take joy in healthy soils,

who can taste the differences

and who know that real quality requires time, attention and dedication.

Eden is not looking for industrial agriculture.

We are looking for people who understand nourishment again as part of a living system —

for the community, for the environment and for pride in what is created.

Good food does not begin in the kitchen.

It begins in the field.

Who We Invite

People with a sense for landscapes, natural cycles and long-term care.

Creative gardeners, nature stewards, earth workers, permaculture thinkers —

people with respect, vision and joy for the beauty of nature.

Eden Invitation

Tell us what you can do, how you work and what matters to you.

If reading this already created images in your mind — wonderful.

Describe your idea, your strength and your connection to nature.

We are listening.

Spectacle with Substance.

Light constructions.

Flexibility.

Fun.

Hard labour — goodbye.

Building like we used to play as children: playrooms, construction kits, Lego…

Crafting instead of heavy burdens. Eden brings childhood dreams to life.

Construction & Craft.

Core Idea

We do not build skyscrapers to look at the sea.

We build so that you are close enough to drive there.

From meaningless grind mode back into play.

Tiny houses, modular units and creative interior construction —

instead of heavy construction routines.

Work that creates visible results.

No endless “someday finished.”

No opaque construction timelines where nobody knows where things begin or end.

Here you see progress.

You see an end.

Easy peasy.

Living Eden is not a monumental palace project.

It is a construction kit.

The earth is not here to be conquered — but shaped.

Not slavery — but responsibility with joy.

An airy working environment.

Light structures.

Freedom so that work becomes enjoyable again.

We do not believe good work grows from exhaustion.

We believe it grows from curiosity, playfulness and the feeling of creating something of your own.

Welcome back to the playroom.

Welcome to building like Lego —

only with experience, responsibility and real substance.

Finally a way of building

that does not drain your soul.

Who We Are Looking For

People who like to think with their hands.

Who want to build, create and get things done.

People who enjoy responsibility but not meaningless pressure.

When a problem appears, we do not search for the quickest or most convenient solution.

We take a moment to see if it could be done better.

Not:

“That will do.”

“Lunch break soon anyway.”

More like:

“Hmm… I have an idea… not typical… no one has done it like this before… a bit more effort… maybe slightly more expensive… but the result would be phenomenal — the world hasn’t seen it yet.” 😉

Eden Invitation

Tired of office life?

Feel like building something real?

Do you lose track of time when you create with your hands?

When you craft, experiment, build, rebuild and try things out?

At Living Eden, what matters is not what you studied —

but what you feel excited about.

Most things here can be learned.

Some things in a week.

Some by watching someone a few times.

Your résumé is not what matters.

What matters is:

Do you feel like doing it?

We welcome tinkerers.

Creators.

People leaving office life because sitting no longer makes sense.

If reading this made you think:

“Yes. Exactly that.”

Then write to us.

Not perfect.

Not polished.

Just honest.

Eden is not an application.

Eden is an invitation.

Partnerships at Living Eden.

Partnership Instead of Negotiation

Living Eden deliberately does not operate through traditional tendering or comparison models.

We are not searching for suppliers — we open a space for people and companies who want to contribute from their own initiative.

Experience shows that those who approach a project out of genuine conviction already think along with it, bring quality into it and formulate their proposals with an understanding of the larger context.

This creates partnerships based not on negotiation but on mutual elevation.

For many partners, being connected to Living Eden is not only a project but also a visible expression of their values and quality.

Partnership here does not mean finding the lowest price —

but creating something together that everyone is proud of.

What We Offer — Visible, Fair and Collaborative

Partnerships that arise from resonance are not kept hidden at Living Eden.

We see collaboration as mutual elevation — both in work and in visibility.

Co-creators and partners have the opportunity to openly show their connection to the project:

on our website,

in presentations of contributors,

in project and video presentations,

and in accompanying image and film material.

Selected partners may also receive permission to use our logo and brand identity freely — for example on websites, vehicles, printed materials or digital channels.

The connection with Living Eden is therefore not hidden but consciously made visible.

If desired, joint media formats can also be created — short videos or statements that partners may use in their own communication to show their role as an official part of the project.

Partnership becomes not a footnote but a sign of attitude, quality and belonging.

Being a partner of Living Eden does not mean buying into something —

it means being part of something that radiates outward.

Flexible Work Models

Living Eden does not operate according to a rigid model.

Depending on role, life situation and personality, fixed compensation, performance-based models or hybrid forms are possible.

Because when people do what they love — and in the way they love to do it — they do it well.

Anyone who becomes part of Living Eden moves within a network.

Encounters, conversations and recommendations arise naturally in everyday life.

Additional referrals or contributions are transparently compensated.

Relationships Instead of Transactions

Living Eden does not follow the principle:

project finished, hands shaken, invoice paid — and everyone disappears again.

Good collaboration does not end with one place.

It grows through trust, shared experiences and the desire to continue creating together — whether the next project takes place in Cyprus, elsewhere in Europe or in entirely new landscapes later on.

Those who contribute to Living Eden and enjoy this form of collaboration are not replaced — they are invited to continue the journey.

Relationships remain — across countries, phases and projects.

Traveling the Path Together

Some people do not work only in one place — they accompany an idea.

For partners who wish to move with the project, accommodation may be provided on site when needed — temporarily or longer term.

Living Eden sees development not as a station, but as a path.

Those who wish to walk that path are welcome.
