Bonjour & bienvenue au Petit Paris.

A Parisian bistro —
reimagined for Cyprus.

In the heart of Cyprus.

And yet, a piece of Paris.

 

Nestled by a waterfall,

where light dances through the leaves

and the sound of water sets the rhythm,

the day begins more slowly here.

Softer.

More beautiful.

In the morning, the air fills with the scent of fresh croissants.

Of warm bread, rarely found like this in Cyprus.

 

Crispy rolls, straight from the oven,

paired with delicate spreads,

café au lait,

 

and that one moment

when you simply stay a little longer.

At midday, it comes alive.

 

Light vegetarian creations,

fresh ingredients,

simple, honest dishes.

 

And for those who love it:

our soupe de poisson,

served with rouille and crisp croutons.

A warm, deep note

that lingers.

In the afternoon, it turns sweet.

 

Fine cakes,

delicate éclairs,

tartes served on tiered stands,

accompanied by tea, coffee

or a glass you simply allow yourself.

And as evening arrives,

Petit Paris opens itself once more.

 

Our gently curved bar

invites you to stay.

 

A glass of wine, carefully selected.

Freshly poured beer.

Or a Kir Royal for lighter moments.

 

Conversations, laughter,

a quiet transition into the night.

Petit Paris is not a place you simply visit.

 

It is a feeling

you take with you.

 

And perhaps…

a place where you stay.

  The 88  

 

  This project is not a finished system.  

  It grows with the people who build it.  

 

  We are currently building a first team of 88 people —  

  people who don’t just like ideas, but want to turn them into reality.  

 

  You don’t need a perfect résumé.  

 

  But you should:  

  → be able to do something  

  → or be willing to learn  

  → and genuinely want to build something  

  → and want to rethink gastronomy, atmosphere, or service.  

 

  The first 88 form the foundation.  

  And grow together with Eden.
